CreatineAtlas provides educational content based on published scientific research. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any supplementation program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking prescription medications.

Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Products and information presented on this site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Dosage Calculator Waiver [ATTORNEY REVIEW]

Any dosage suggestions, calculators, or recommendations provided through CreatineAtlas or its Pro membership are based on published research and are provided for informational purposes only. Individual responses to supplementation vary. CreatineAtlas accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from the use of dosage calculators or recommendations.

3. Accuracy of Information

We strive to accurately represent the current state of creatine research. Our evidence grading system is based on the GRADE framework and reflects our editorial assessment of the available literature. Science is iterative; findings may change as new research is published. We update our content regularly but cannot guarantee that all information reflects the most recent publications at all times.

4. Membership Terms [ATTORNEY REVIEW]

Pro memberships are billed monthly ($19/month) or annually ($149/year). Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment. You may cancel at any time. Monthly cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual cancellations take effect at the end of the current annual term; no prorated refunds are provided for unused months.

We offer a 7-day free trial for new Pro subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the selected plan.

5. Digital Products

PDF guides and digital products are non-refundable once delivered due to the nature of digital goods. Lifetime updates are included with purchase, meaning you will receive all future revisions of the guide at no additional cost for as long as CreatineAtlas is in operation.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

CreatineAtlas does not currently participate in any affiliate programs and does not earn commissions from supplement sales. If this policy changes in the future, all affiliate relationships will be clearly disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including articles, research summaries, evidence grades, the GRADE-based grading system as applied, logos, and website design are the intellectual property of CreatineAtlas. You may cite our work with attribution but may not reproduce substantial portions without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability [ATTORNEY REVIEW]

CreatineAtlas, its owners, authors, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, its content, or any products or services purchased through the site. This includes but is not limited to adverse health outcomes, financial losses, or loss of data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of CreatineAtlas shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
