CreatineAtlas ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under applicable privacy regulations including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Information You Provide
- Account information: Email address and name when you create an account or subscribe to our newsletter.
- Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers.
- Communications: Any messages you send to us via email or contact forms.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, and device/browser information. Collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites.
- IP addresses: Temporarily processed by Cloudflare for security and performance. Not stored long-term by CreatineAtlas.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

CreatineAtlas uses minimal cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is a privacy-first analytics platform that does not use cookies. If you log in to a Pro account, we use a session cookie to maintain your authentication state. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
5. Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction: Request that we limit how we use your data.
- Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection: Object to our processing of your data for specific purposes.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure hosting via Cloudflare, and access controls on our internal systems. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
9. Children's Privacy
CreatineAtlas is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email.
